Hi! My name is Jonny Braun and it is my joy to tune, clean, and repair pianos. I am a proud member of the Piano Technicians Guild. I have tuned for Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter John Legend—and continue to further my apprenticeship under veteran piano technician Charles Gage. With over 30 years of musical training, I have enjoyed being a pianist, choir director, singer-songwriter, drummer, and guitarist. At age five, I began piano lessons, then at eleven, I started drum lessons under legendary drummer Ginger Baker’s son, Kofi! By age thirteen, I started writing original compositions on the piano, which would pave the way for my bachelor’s degree in music composition. In junior high, I joined my school band, and in high school I joined our 200-member marching band, playing the snare drum. After high school, I was honored to participate in the Rose Parade in Pasadena, California.

During college, I majored in vocal performance and earned an AA in from Fullerton Community College in Southern California. After that, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Saint Katherine in San Diego. Throughout this time, I sang in my church choir and began directing choirs in 2014. Immediately after graduating college in 2014, I became a full-time music director, youth pastor, and solo chanter at Saint Steven's Orthodox Christian Cathedral in Los Angeles. I also co-founded and directed a young adult choir during that time. After meeting the love of my life—and now wife—Sara, I moved to Northwest Arkansas in November, 2019. We now have two sweet little boys. On the side, I direct the choir at our church, St. John Orthodox Christian Church in Rogers. I also write songs, if I miraculously end up with any free time.
